A day with Braise Ma Vache begins with the team's arrival at your event location. The truck opens, the grills come out, and the outdoor kitchen is set up directly on site. Barbecues, Argentine crosses, smokers, charcoal, and preparation stations: everything is put in place to create a true BBQ catering experience.
As guests arrive, the embers are lit, meats are seasoned, vegetables are prepared, and the first grilling begins. Braise Ma Vache doesn't offer a classic catered meal with fixed portions. Instead, the team creates a celebration around the fire, where guests can see, smell, and experience the cooking.
